  first time in there was the other day and these guys are great! Josh and Cody were VERY helpful and Cody went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about what we just bought and how to use it. You can't get better customer service! they also had authentic Switch mods which i thought was great! they are one of my favorite mech mods! but I would like to see some more authentic rdas and mods maybe. but regardless they have my business from here on out HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  I echo the sentiments of E-Factor closing and how sad I am that it no longer exists, but how glad I am that NorthSide is now here to fill that gap. The customer service is nothing short of 10/10 and it's atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. This is what the vaping community is all about - being able to hang out, talk shop, learn things and make friends as well as upgrade your setups. These guys are the best, and it's so nice to have here in our quickly growing town. Please, stop by and visit them today!
